She Rides!!!

We are so proud of Courtney! For her birthday, she got a new bike from her Grandma and Grandpa. After 20 minutes of help from Dave, she was off and riding. We haven't been able to keep her off it since. She loves to ride!!

Camping

We went camping a few weeks ago and it was a blast! Courtney said she wanted to camp every day. Dave isn't a big camper but has decided to try to be one because we love it so much. It was our first trip of the season. The campground was great. It had so many trees and bushes. Courtney and I walked all around the campground looking for the good camping sites(this is a hint for anyone wanting to camp with us). She was excited to see a squirrel, chipmunks, and hummingbirds. We were told by the camp host that we could also see deer and rabbits, and she was pretty disappointed that we didn't end up seeing any. I don't think there is anything better than lighting a fire, just as it is beginning to cool off, and then making smores before bed. We love it! Don't worry, it wasn't all fun though. It rained a lot while we were there, which kept us inside, but it was fun to be in the trailer. Courtney also fell into the fire the second night, but was somehow ok. We played lots of Uno and Rook and hope to go again soon.
